Walking the Camino to Compostella

In 2008 Maurice Hickman began a series of walks which in time it is hoped will traverse most of "the Camino", the famous pilgrims' route to Santiago de Compostella.

The first leg took place in April 2008 and the small band of ramblers walked for 14 days from Le Puy in France to Decazaville.  These photographs tell the story of this walk, although I cannot be certain I have them in correct chronological order.  Unfortunately I have not been able to identify many of the scenes so there are very few captions or notes for these photographs as yet but I hope to add some with help from some of those who did the walk.
